How many girls and women wear liquid eyeliner? I Do! Do you know which Liquid Eyeliner is the best for all circumstance? I Do!
I've gone out in the look out for the best Liquid Eyeliner and I believe I have found the true resistance Liquid Eyeliner. It a little expensive but I believe it the worth the money. But before we go to that super, great liquid eyeliner, I want to show you some inexpensive eyeliner that can be bought in any store.
I ran a water test in all 5 brand (Note: NONE OF THE BRANDS IN THE VIDEO THAT I MENTION PAYED ME TO TALK ABOUT THEM.) I ran a cold and hot water test, the result are amazing. I tested URBAN DECAY 24/7 WATERPROOF, SEPHORA, AVON-PERFECT WEAR, WETNWILD H2OPROOF, and lastly E.L.F LIQUID EYELINER.
